Refunds/Cancellations - We do not provide refunds or cancellations for any reason including delays in shipping, back orders, and or/once received due to the nature of our product. We will take the refund or cancellation if it's an error on our part.

 

Processing & Shipping time - Once you have placed your order, you won't receive ANY notifications about it UNTIL A LABEL HAS BEEN CREATED. The shipping method doesn't apply UNTIL your label has been created! Usually, it takes 2 - 4 days for a label to be created. Our normal processing time is 3-5 days or sooner and the shipping ranges from 2-5 days depending on the shipping option you choose. The current wait time is 2 days.
